Graphite PTFE and Corner Aramid Packing
Aidmer76-027 is High- quality combination of PTFE with graphite incorporated yarn with corner of Kevarl fiber, to prevent gap extrusions within the high pressure and temperature range. Good sliding velocity and thermal conductivity. It was processed with high lubricant. and impregnated PTFE emulsion.
Aidmer76-027 is a a low friction, wear-resistant packing.
For plunger pumps up to 500Bar.Long Service life due to good sliding properties; No gap extrusion.
Application Areas:
Style Aidmer76-027 can be used in piston pumps, mixers, stirrers, reactors, for industrial and chemical process valves, paper mill good for high pressure applications.
Application Media:
Style Aidmer76-027 is suitable for cold and hot water, oils, solvents, greases, diluted acids and lyes, brine, sewage.
Not suitable for:
High concentrated acids and lyes,alkali metals, fluorine and fluorine compounds at high temperatures.
